In today's world where everything and everyone is toothless, I can’t say enough good and benevolent things about my experience with Dr. Sam Kitchen and her team, including Vivien, Elaina, Morgan, and my hygienist. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.nnDuring my initial visit last week, I was distraught and distressed about my cracked molar, but they made me feel at ease. This week, I had a filling, an extraction, and a cleaning done — all in one visit — and I was amazed at how comfortable the entire process was. Dr. Sam explained each step clearly, checked in on me constantly, and made sure I never felt rushed, painful or anxious. The extraction was painless and smooth, the filling feels completely natural, and my teeth have never looked cleaner.nnThe staff were just as wonderful — friendly, efficient, and reassuring (a big plus for anyone nervous about dental visits). It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such skill, empathy, humor and attention to detail. I walked out feeling genuinely cared for, except for post procedure pain — and actually looking forward to my next appointment!nnCheers Dr. 'Superb' Sam and team, for making dental care such a positive experience. You've won me over—and flossed out bad taste of prior dental work from my gums.nHope to share an energy drink with you all someday 😊Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dentistry and a team that truly cares!

Amazing staff. Loved the positive vibes and the smiles of the staff. Dr was super cool and was very happy with the way they helped me navigate the process.very smooth and easy. Loved the nurse who did the x-rays. She was running from one room to the other just making sure that the patient is all good while doing the x-rays. Overall would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I *truly* had the greatest dental experience of my life at Aspen. From Tia at the front desk being welcoming and friendly, to the assistant Alayna that was AMAZING! Super friendly and we chatted the whole time. Jayna my hygienist was so detail oriented with cleaning my teeth but still very gentle! I got a lot of work done and I have 0 pain. And Dr. Sam!! Literally the best dentist I’ve ever met, she knows what she’s doing, made me feel comfortable and reassured me that she would stop immediately if I had any pain. Vivien helped explain my options with payment, as well as helping me get set up with Motto. And shoutout to Brad and Morgan also!! All of you were so amazing and helped restore my confidence in my smile

I can’t say enough about the team at this Aspen Dental. I haven’t had much luck when it comes to finding a good dentist, and I was concerned about switching dentists a third time. I’m so glad I did! My new teeth are beautiful and they fit great! My doctor actually recommended coming here as she had great success with her implants.

I had a wonderful experience at the dental office today! Shayna provided excellent care and made the entire visit feel effortless. I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a stress-free appointment.

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

How Dental Emergencies Happen in Palatine

Life in Palatine offers a wonderful blend of suburban comfort and activity, whether you are biking or jogging on the scenic Palatine Trail, enjoying a quiet day at Deer Grove Forest Preserve, or connecting with community history at the Clayson House Museum. However, even with the best plans, an active lifestyle can lead to the unexpected. A slip during a game at the Palatine Park District, an unforeseen sports injury, or a sudden accident while out and about can instantly result in a painful broken tooth or severe tooth pain. When this crisis strikes, you need immediate, trustworthy attention right here in your hometown, eliminating the stress of having to travel far away to Chicago or another distant city.

How We Can Help Palatine Residents Find Emergency Dental Care

We recognize how demanding life can be in this vibrant northwest suburb. Between catching the Metra train for your daily commute, keeping up with the kids’ activities at the Community Center, or handling errands at hubs like Woodfield Mall, your schedule is full. A dental emergency is a painful, unplanned setback, and we provide empathetic, rapid care for Palatine and our nearby neighbors in **Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, and Rolling Meadows**. We have made our process as simple as possible because the last thing you need is more stress—you need fast relief and expert service to get back to your routine quickly.
