I can honestly say that I had no complaints after my last visit. Sammie is who did my cleaning and not only did she demonstrate her professionalism but she made sure to be gentle with the procedure and talk me through what was happening every step of the way. She was super nice! I’ll definitely be back

I can honestly say that I have no complaints after my first visit. From the front desk staff to back office staff through in through absolutely amazing location. Stephanie which is one of the dental assistant was amazing. She made sure to take care of me, and properly inform me of the procedures that were being done that day. Very thorough and transparent. From the dentist to the hygienist everyone was superb. They do great work here. I am super satisfied.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I came in for a cleaning, and the hygienist, dentist, and office manager were all well-read, thorough, and professional.nnFirst, the hygienist explained what was happening with my teeth. Sam took her time and educated me on what causes bone loss and the numbers she assigned to my dental schema. She suggested a deep cleaning as my next step. Next, the dentist was calm and attentive. He gave me options instead of insisting that I choose a route that I was not comfortable with. This gave me comfort in knowing that my voice was important. Both exemplified patient-centered care with professionalism and expert advice.nnFinally, meeting DJ, their office manager, was the highlight of the visit. She was patient as we looked for ways to finance my treatment plan. Consulting with Sam brought results that I did not expect, like low rates, manageable monthly payments, and only a $49.00 change to start my treatment plan. This was the highlight of my experience at the Pompano Beach location. Although this was my first visit, I hope to experience the same excellence in treatment when I return in two months.

This location has a great team! I’ve had a few fillings done and not only does Dr. Fred do good work but he’s super quick about it and made me feel heard 100% of the time. The front desk person (forgot her name) was super welcoming, Adrian kept me prepared and entertained, Dilia was super nice and answered all 100 of my questions 🙂 and DJ the manager went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. That’s all I ask for when seeking health services. This team’s got it right

I had a great experience at Aspen...every person who works there is very kind, friendly and helpful. They don't keep you waiting when you go in for an appointment, both times I went into the office they called me into the back almost right away there was almost no wait time at all. They are very good about explaining processes and procedures that you are getting or that you may need. I was terrified to get my wisdom tooth pulled but they really put my mind at ease by explaining the process as well as comforting me with kind and calming words during the procedure, they definitely make the dental experience as pleasant as it can be. They have very competitive pricing as well as a savings plan. I highly recommend you come here for your dental needs, I will definitely go to Aspen Dental for all my dental needs from now on and thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful treatment I received from you all!
