I had such an amazing experience here! The whole team was so caring and patient with me. If you’re looking for a dental office this is it. Sergio was amazing and explained everything thoroughly!

I started having really bad dental pain on Saturday. By Sunday it had gotten even worse. Most dental offices are not open on Sundays or even weekends at all. I’m so grateful I found Gold Coast Dental. Dr. Abilez was very compassionate and helpful of my situation. Dental care is very expensive, and I was not able to afford the dentist for a while. Some dentists can be judgmental about your teeth in my experience. Dr. Abilez was not. He was kind and understanding. The entire staff is friendly and respectful. Sergio helped me with the cost of my dental work. Overall a great experience, minus the throbbing pain I’m in. I highly recommend this dental office, especially if you need to be seen on a Sunday. Very rare for dental offices to be open that day, so I am pleased I found Gold Coast Dental while googling.

I moved to Santa Clarita 5 years ago and honestly hadn’t been able to find a good dentist until recently. One day I was at Albertsons and noticed this new dental office had opened, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.nnThe office manager, Sergio, was very friendly and welcoming. He introduced their services to me and helped me set up an appointment right away. During my visit, Dr. Abilez carefully showed me all the issues with my teeth and gave me a very professional explanation, advice, and treatment plan.nnI was able to complete my X-rays, teeth cleaning, and 5 fillings all within 2 hours, which was incredibly efficient. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Abilez was patient, gentle, and always made sure I was comfortable. His assistant, Marla, was also very kind and helpful.nnWhat I appreciated most was that the treatment plan felt professional and reasonable. Unlike some clinics that seem focused on selling expensive and unnecessary procedures, this office focused on solving the actual problems first and only recommended treatments that were truly necessary.nnVery happy with my experience and definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest and caring dentist in Santa Clarita.

What to Expect During Your Emergency Visit in Porter Ranch

Comprehensive exam and X-rays to identify the source of pain.

Consultation

Personalized treatment plan explained and approved before care.

Treatment

Immediate procedures relieve pain and stabilize oral health quickly.

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

How Dental Emergencies Happen in Porter Ranch

Life in Porter Ranch is defined by its scenic hillside views and active outdoor culture. You might spend your weekends exploring the rugged trails of Limekiln Canyon Park, enjoying a family picnic at Holleigh Bernson Memorial Park, or visiting the iconic Porter Ridge Park, known to many as E.T. Park. However, an active lifestyle can sometimes lead to the unexpected. A fall during a hike or a sports injury on the court can quickly result in a broken tooth or intense tooth pain. When these moments occur, having access to local care is vital. You should not have to face a long commute to another city when you are in pain. Choosing a local provider ensures you get the rapid relief you need right here in your own community.

How We Can Help Porter Ranch Residents Find Emergency Dental Care

Living in this upscale corner of the San Fernando Valley offers a unique blend of suburban serenity and modern convenience. Residents here enjoy a high quality of life, whether they are taking advantage of the equestrian trails or visiting local hubs like the Porter Ranch Town Center for shopping and dining. For our neighbors in Porter Ranch and the nearby communities of Chatsworth, Northridge, and Granada Hills, we provide a compassionate and accessible resource for urgent dental needs. We know that a dental emergency can be a stressful disruption to your routine. Our goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can receive prompt attention without the need for extensive travel, allowing you to get back to enjoying the beautiful landscape and vibrant lifestyle of the local area.

What is considered a dental emergency?

Severe toothaches, knocked-out teeth, broken or chipped teeth, lost crowns or fillings, abscesses, or swelling that affects your ability to eat, speak, or breathe.

What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever and apply a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

Most insurance plans are accepted. Call ahead to confirm coverage and benefits.

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency occurs late at night, check whether an emergency dentist is open nearby, or go to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, our dentists prioritize same-day scheduling whenever possible.

How do I get the fastest care?

For the fastest care, call us first, and we’ll connect you with the right dentist in Porter Ranch.

What happens if I lose a crown or filling?

Bring the crown or filling with you if possible. We’ll repair or replace it to restore your bite and comfort.
