Had my first visit in this office and I feel relieved I was able to find an office that made me feel so comfortable. Insurance isn't easy by any means and I feel they took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for a great experience- happy I found my dental home 😀

Dr Tehrani did an amazing job replacing my filling. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed my problem. He took appropriate steps to ensure the nerve was sealed and protected before putting in the new filler. I’m happy with the results and his attention to detail, especially with the finishing touches like polishing the tooth to smooth out the rough edges after adding the new filling. Thank you Dr Tehrani!

Fantastic experience here. The receptionist Maryam was very kind and understanding, the dental assistant Ahmad had fantastic energy and made it easy to smile, and Dr. Tehrani’s approach is simple, calming, and effective. Will be back again. I got one filling fixed (it was so smooth and painless I forgot what tooth it was on). Also got a crown put on due to some tooth decay, and again, as painless as an operation like that can get. This place has class.

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

How Dental Emergencies Happen in San Clemente

Life in the Spanish Village by the Sea is defined by an active, coastal lifestyle. You might spend your mornings catching waves at San Onofre State Beach, enjoying a family picnic at Max Berg Plaza Park, or taking a scenic sunset stroll along the San Clemente Pier. However, these local adventures can sometimes take an unexpected turn. A mistimed surf session, a tumble on the beach trail, or a sports injury can quickly lead to a broken tooth or debilitating tooth pain. During these urgent moments, having access to reliable, local care means you can get the help you need immediately without the added stress of traveling to another city while in discomfort.

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever and apply a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency occurs late at night, check whether an emergency dentist is open nearby, or go to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

How do I get the fastest care?
