I had a great experience yesterday at the office. I have not had the best experience with Dentist in the past and pleasantly surprised at the whole staff tat made me feel comfortable and listened too. From the greetings at the desk, the help from the assistants and meeting the Dentists Amber Gilbert. I was treated with respect, open ended questions were answered so I felt confident about my decisions and treatment plan. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Came here to get some dental work done . Sends I walked in the staff was really nice and friendly. Mariana was so helpful when I had a couple questions. When I was getting my dental done Tori is the one that helped me out she went step by step in what they were going to do . I do recommend and I will be sending family and friends over .

This office is absolutely amazing! All the staff that assisted me today was compassionate and gentle. From Mary helping me set up an appointment and explaining the treatment plan to me to Joseph and Dr. Neda doing my fillings, absolutely lovely. Pain-free coming from someone who has dental anxiety! Come here!

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

How Dental Emergencies Happen in Santa Monica

Life in Santa Monica is defined by its vibrant energy and beautiful coastal scenery. Residents often spend their days jogging along the bluffs at Palisades Park, enjoying a family outing at the Santa Monica Pier, or taking in the modern art and sustainability of Tongva Park. However, an active lifestyle can lead to the unexpected. A fall while cycling along the beach or a mishap during a sports game can quickly turn into a broken tooth or intense tooth pain. When these situations arise, having access to immediate care within your own community is vital. Choosing local care means you can get the help you need right away without the added stress and discomfort of traveling to another city while in pain.

How We Can Help Santa Monica Residents Find Emergency Dental Care

For those living in Santa Monica and our neighbors in Venice, Pacific Palisades, and Brentwood, we are here to provide the compassionate support you need during a dental crisis. Life in this coastal area is a wonderful mix of outdoor recreation and urban convenience, where you might spend your morning surfing at the beach and your afternoon exploring the shops at the Third Street Promenade or Montana Avenue. We know that being close to these central hubs is a big part of why you love living here. Our goal is to ensure that a dental emergency does not take you away from your routine for long. By providing high quality care nearby, we help you manage the pain and get back to enjoying everything our local community has to offer.

Severe toothaches, knocked-out teeth, broken or chipped teeth, lost crowns or fillings, abscesses, or swelling that affects your ability to eat, speak, or breathe.

What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever and apply a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

Most insurance plans are accepted. Call ahead to confirm coverage and benefits.

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency occurs late at night, check whether an emergency dentist is open nearby, or go to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, our dentists prioritize same-day scheduling whenever possible.

How do I get the fastest care?

For the fastest care, call us first, and we’ll connect you with the right dentist in Santa Monica.

Bring the crown or filling with you if possible. We’ll repair or replace it to restore your bite and comfort.
