A standard of excellence in personalized dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible. Dr. Spero loves being a dentist! He enjoys meeting new people every day and vows to make dentistry as pain-free and comfortable as possible. His patients all have unique needs – some want routine work, others seek cosmetic dentistry, while others come to him in serious pain. “When patients call me in pain, I will treat them as soon as possible – even on holidays and Sunday mornings.” As a dentist, work never stops, but Dr. Spero finds that work extremely rewarding. “When a patient walks out of my office, I want them to feel happy again, pain free, and ready to show off their smiles.”
Dr. Spero and Dr. Farrah Koutchek, own and operate three successful offices and are devoted to their patients. “Patient comfort is the top priority for me,” Dr. Spero explained. “I make sure everyone is treated with respect and fully understands what treatment is needed.” Dr. Spero has successfully completed full mouth restorations as well as dental implants. He practices conservative dentistry and utilizes advanced dental technologies.
Dr. Spero wasn’t always a dentist. He grew up poor in Queens, New York. His father owned a dump truck, and his mother was a stay-at-home housewife. His father died when he was just a year old, and he lost his mother when he was in his teens. Despite family tragedy, Dr. Spero always knew he wanted to make something out of himself and have a rewarding life helping other people. Before he was a dentist, he worked many jobs, and was once even a broker on Wall Street. He put himself through college, bartending in the evening to make ends meet. “I found my own way in life, my own way through dental school, and it has helped me become the person I am today. I want all my patients to feel safe and trusting of me – there’s nothing I enjoy more than helping a patient by giving them confidence and life-long smiles.”

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit
Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.
How Dental Emergencies Happen in Vernon
Life in Vernon is centered on the unique energy of a city that is exclusively industrial, where the day often involves navigating the busy corridors near the Malburg Generating Station or the iconic Coca-Cola Building. Even in a community defined by its business strength and bustling warehouses, the unexpected can happen during a workday or while commuting. A sudden trip on a warehouse floor, an accidental impact while moving equipment, or a simple misstep near the Vernon Randolph to River Greenway can result in a broken tooth or severe tooth pain. When a crisis like this strikes, you need immediate, reliable care right here in your own community. Local care means getting the relief you need quickly without the added stress of traveling to another city while in pain.
