Recommended by my coworker, I came to this office for Dr Kodali for the first time.nThe front desk Mari and Ashlee greeted me right after I walked in. The office is super busy, but everyone is so nice.nKamille did my x-rays. She is very warm, skilled and patient.nKarla did my teeth measurements with a gentle and thoughtful manner.nDr Kodali is so knowledgeable about what she is doing. She is caring, patient, understanding and took her time to explain to me what I should do next. She told me that I didn't need a root canal, but she made a plan for me to take care of my two bad teeth and clean the infected area.nThe operations manager, Mayra , took her time to know what my goal was, paid detailed attention to what I needed, and gave me the estimated cost in advance. It passed her office hours, but she didn't rush me until everything was settled.nI appreciate all the efforts and time they gave me. Most importantly they treat me with care and respect.

Great staff and professional. I had an extraction done and the doctor was efficient and patient. Today, I had a deep cleaning done and I think her name was Clara or Carla but she was extremely helpful and patient with the deep cleaning. I definitely will be back for routine cleanings

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

Severe toothaches, knocked-out teeth, broken or chipped teeth, lost crowns or fillings, abscesses, or swelling that affects your ability to eat, speak, or breathe.

What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever and apply a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency occurs late at night, check whether an emergency dentist is open nearby, or go to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, our dentists prioritize same-day scheduling whenever possible.

How do I get the fastest care?

For the fastest care, call us first, and we’ll connect you with the right dentist in Wicker Park.
