From the moment I walked in feeling overwhelmed about how I was going to afford my dental treatment, she treated me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion.nnInstead of making me feel embarrassed or rushed, Ms. Karen took the time to sit down with me, explain every part of my treatment plan and payment options, and answered every question I had. She even helped me apply for financing, walking me through the entire process step by step until everything was approved.nnBecause of her dedication and genuine care, I was able to move forward with the treatment I needed without the stress and anxiety I had been carrying. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes above and beyond for their patients, but Ms. Karen does exactly that. I went in with a huge toothache, upon closer review of said tooth it was determined that I needed a crown for my tooth. I’ve always had bad experiences at dentist offices, hence why the long absence from one. But Dr. Ali was amazing, very careful with her examination and with myself, always making sure I was comfortable. Their staff as a whole was very professional and quickly calmed my nerves down. Their dental assistants were all very nice and up to the task. Rosy did an amazing job with my temporary crown, you couldn’t even tell the difference. From a financial standpoint Karen worked with my budget and I was able to get the help I needed. Would definitely recommend this office to friends and family. I’ve official made it my regular office to visit.

Karen is an exceptional lady! She’s been incredibly helpful, informative, and always has such a positive spirit. It's a very warm atmosphere. All the staff was kind. I do have to say that Janel went above n beyond for me. I was almost in tears knowing I was gonna finally be able to have my smile back. Janel helped me make sure I found help for my out of pocket expense. I'm very thankful for Janel!! The office manager is very nice n helpful. Thank you so so much!
