From the time we arrived and throughout our appointment everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Sam who works in the finance department was especially helpful and understanding. She was sympathetic to our needs and went the extra mile to help us. Then we moved onto Kali in the molding department who was gentle and thorough. I only wish I had our original techs name as she was the best with imaging then extras assisting not only the dentist but also the dental hygienist. We will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to our family and friends. Aspen Dental is definitely a Dental Office with Heart. We felt like family.

Jaun is the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth. He is extremely thorough, detailed and very gentle. If you fear going to the dentist and getting your teeth cleaned Jaun is your man.

I had a great visit with KATRINA the hygienist today, Katrina is awesome, she makes you feel comfortable and cleans your teeth thoroughly. My experience started off good with the first contact call. The girl who took my call was very informative and showed the utmost concern in my situation. She was very confident and helpful in me making a decision on my next step. The experience got even better once I entered the office for my initial visit. From the receptionist to each doctor that assisted me in the process was extremely courteous and professional and caring with the results I wanted to achieve. They offered the option of finance through a third party that had various options to suit any need. The time frame they quoted I found to be very reasonable and timely. I am already looking forward to my next visit too getting my replacement dentures. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs, they treat you like family and a person of value with deep regards to your quality of life in providing you with a perfect smile. Jiohanna is a very gentle hygienist. There’s also a black woman hygienist, who decorated her station with pink items that was also very good and thorough. My only complaint is the pricing. It’s expensive without insurance. Maybe this is standard? $212 for cleaning. $163 for x-rays. $289 for gingivitis cleaning. They will try to have you pay for an x-ray every 6 months. Tell them no. That’s unnecessary unless you’re in pain.
